Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Fares Ahmed Al Balwi is an Applied Electrical Engineer, graduated from King Fahad University for Petroleum & Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and he also obtained his Post Graduation: Master of Science in Finance from Sir John Cass Business School, City University London (With Honors). Earlier, Engr. Fares worked as a Credit Officer, a Risk Analyst and a Relationship Manager in one of the leading Saudi banks for 5 years.

Matthew Nathan is the Chief Executive Officer of Tamasuk Holding Company & the Chief Investment Officer of Al Blagha Holding for Investments Company. Matthew brings a variety of experience he has collected over the past 15 years. He has generated his experience in investment banking and project finance advisory experience in Asia, Europe, Middle East and North Africa with HSBC Bank plc. Matthew also previously work as a gas turbine commissioning engineer with Alstom Power. 

Pete is a Chartered Manager specialising in critical Facilities Management. He has over 12 years’ experience of data centre facility operations management acquired during roles with Fujitsu and DigiPlex where he held roles including Operations Director for Norway, Transformation Director and most recently as Head of Security. Pete’s data centre experience is underpinned by a long military career with the Royal Navy. He is a qualified Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Specialist-Professional and has completed their Advanced Principles in Critical Facility Management and Advanced Practices in DC Cost Management course.

Mohammed A. Al Balwi is Bachelor of Science graduate in Industrial Systems Engineering (Honors) from King Fahad University for Petroleum & Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and he also obtained his Post Graduation: Master in Business Administration, Full Time MBA from ESADE Business School Barcelona, Spain. Earlier, Eng. Mohammed Al Balwi worked as a Senior Credit Analyst in Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Having worked within the construction industry for many years, and more recently the Data Centre sectors, Richard brings a wealth of experience and expertise generated over the past 20 years. His previous roles have included responsibility for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.​

Tim has been involved in the IT Sector since 1995, bringing connectivity to remote regions. Which led to  working with Global Switch, a large data centre operator, in 1998. Tim’s experience has put him at the forefront of client development and delivery of Data Centres, having worked all over the world. Down to his CTO and COO rolls is Data Centre operators, Tim brings practical client facing elements to compliment his long- term Data Centre experience.

Damian has enjoyed a variable and fulfilling professional and military career over 43 years in the Royal Navy and the private sector. In the private sector, over the last 21 years, he brought his Naval managerial, communication and organisational skills to bear in a range of roles in the Mission Critical sector. The roles revolved around delivering complex technical facilities globally for a global sub-sea fibre- optic telecommunications company, a Nordic data centre company, AECOM and Jacobs. Damian’s extensive experience in communication and fostering whole team engagement enables him to engage at all levels of business with stakeholders to implement and deliver successful client solutions.
